At The UNIVERSITY OF IOWA due to the sudden nature of COVID-19 and the University’s decision for students to be out of on-campus housing by 3/29, we are unable to facilitate a logistical plan with such short notice. We will continue to provide services in Spring 2021 at Iowa.
At The UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS we are partnered with the University to provide storage services. We are currently offering supply handouts on 3/21 and 3/23. We are offering pickup dates from 3/22-3/28. Sign up for our service before getting boxes: ttps://account.storagesquad.com/signup.
At CORNELL in Ithaca we are partnered with the University to offer student storage to on campus housing FREE OF CHARGE for students. Students will get packing supplies at RPCC or WILLIAM KEETON OFFICE. They will pack and label items and then leave campus. Sign up for our service before getting boxes: ttps://account.storagesquad.com/signup. Off campus customers will be picked up according to the date selected on the pickup calendar.
AT EMORY in Atlanta we have been given permission to access dorms after students leave campus. This means students can pack, label, and leave their items in their dorm and Storage Squad will pick them up at a later date escorted by campus officials. Packing supplies will be available at Raoul Hall from Friday 3/13 – Sunday 3/22. To make use of our service, all on-campus students should signup online and select 4/2 for their pickup date. AT PRINCETON UNIVERSITY we have been given permission to access dorms after students leave campus. This means students can pack, label, and leave their items in their dorm and Storage Squad will pick them up at a later date escorted by campus officials. Packing supplies will be available at the white tent outside of Dillon gymnasium from 8am – 5pm between Friday 3/13 – Thursday 3/19. AT BRANDEIS UNIVERSITY we have been given permission to access dorms after students leave campus. This means students can pack, label, and leave their items in their dorm and Storage Squad will pick them up at a later date escorted by campus officials. Packing supplies will be available at the DCL office at G032 Usdan Student Center (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) between 3/12 – 3/25. AT GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY the University partners with Storage Squad to provide storage for GW students. University staff will allow us access to on-campus housing to pick up up your items after you have left. We are the ONLY storage company allowed to provide in-residence pick-up. Please follow the instruction below to sign up for storage services:
1. Sign up at account.storagesquad.com/login. Select April 2nd as your pick up date.
2. FREE Boxes, tape, and labels are available for pickup Tuesday 3/17 – Friday 3/20 from 10am – 5pm in the Great Hall of the Marvin Center.
3. Pack and label your items
4. Make sure all non-box items have a Storage Squad label.
5. Group your items together so it’s clear which items are to be picked up.
6. If you have any items to be shipped (rather than delivered in the fall), please number those items separately and write “shipping” on the labels. Group shipping items together separately from your storage items. Items shipped may take 4-6 weeks to arrive at their destination.

8. Leave your items in your room and lock the door when leaving. University officials will unlock doors so we can pick your items up at a later date.
All other Universities can sign up using the appointment dates on their respective school’s calendar.
